Car Hire Hebrides

The live, multi-location car-hire website for the Outer Hebrides and Inverness: five collection points, thirteen vehicle groups and a connected booking journey. Designed and built around search visibility, mobile bookings and the operational reality of serving the islands.

AI enquiry assistant

A working prototype on a fictional vehicle-hire business: enquiries classified, details extracted with the sentence each came from, missing information asked for, and a reply drafted for a person to edit and approve. Rules decide what is required and what may not be said; nothing is sent. Shown through a recording and screenshots, with the evaluation and its limits written up.
